AFFIRMATIVE 

In affirmative, we have to add a "S" after the verb. For example:
SHE WANTS TO WATCH A COMEDY

NEGATIVE

In negative, we don't have to ADD a "S" after the verb. We have to ADD "DOESN'T". For example:

HE DOESN'T WANT TO WATCH A SCARY FILM
